Backfilled earth on each side of all built up walls, which will be in immediate contact with the foundation, will be treated with water base chemical solution at the vertical surface of the substructure, to a depth of 45cm and width of 15cm. The chemical shall be directed towards the masonry surfaces so that earth in contact with these surfaces is effectively treated with the chemical, providing you the best house termite protection.
In this anti termite protection step the external perimeter of the site will be provided with a ring of chemical barrier by digging holes at equal intervals & pouring chemical solution there in. This will eventually lead to generating resistance against termites and barring premise termite from entering the premises through outer soil thereby giving strength to the structure.
