In order to get completely rid of the issue termite treatment at home or at the pre-construction sites is done where direct liquid treatments are applied to the inside, outside and also the foundation of the site. Our specialized termite treatment at home plans consist of injection of liquid Termiticide (Chloropyrophos 20% Bifenthrin 2.5% / Imidaclorpopid) in areas like the foundation, within the foundation walls and also areas under the concrete slabs. Post that, insecticide is poured all over, which after mixing with the soil will ultimately lead to the eradication of the termites and also restrains the causes of termite infestation. In case your building stands on pillars, insecticide is poured into the soil after drilling the holes around the pillars. Trenches of a ‘shovel width’ are dug, if there is loose earth around the walls of your building, leading to the exposure of the external surfaces of the foundation wall up to a depth of 500mm from the ground level. The dug up earth is refilled in layers while refilling the trenches, and insecticide is sprayed all over.
Before the floor is laid, termidor termite treatment is provided at the top surface of the consolidated earth within the plinth walls and it is also ensured that backfilling against foundation is treated to its full depth. Backfilled earth on each side of all built up walls, which will be in immediate contact with the foundation, will be treated with water base chemical solution at the vertical surface of the substructure, to a depth of 45cm and width of 15cm. The chemical shall be directed towards the masonry surfaces so that earth in contact with these surfaces is effectively treated with the chemical, providing you the best house termite protection.
In this anti termite protection step the external perimeter of the site will be provided with a ring of chemical barrier by digging holes at equal intervals & pouring chemical solution there in. This will eventually lead to generating resistance against termites and barring premise termite from entering the premises through outer soil thereby giving strength to the structure.
